Nature of Services
Adrox Media provides digital marketing and advertising services that involve strategic planning, campaign setup, consultation, optimization, and management. As these services are digital and customized for each client, they cannot be returned like physical products.
No Return Policy
Since our services are delivered digitally and involve the allocation of professional time, expertise, and resources, we do not accept returns once work has commenced.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Before Project Commencement
Clients may request a full refund if:
- Payment has been made.
- No work has been started by Adrox Media.
- The refund request is submitted within 48 hours of payment.
Duplicate Payments
If a client accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same service, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.
Service Non-Delivery
If Adrox Media is unable to initiate the agreed service due to internal reasons, clients may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Campaigns have already been created or launched.
- Advertising accounts have been configured.
- Strategy sessions or consultations have been completed.
- Ad creatives, copywriting, or marketing materials have been developed.
- Campaign management services have begun.
- The client changes their business objectives after project initiation.
- Advertising performance does not meet expected outcomes despite proper campaign management.
- Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information or approvals.
Advertising Budget
Advertising spend paid directly to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or Snapchat is non-refundable by Adrox Media.
Any refund requests related to advertising budgets must be addressed directly to the respective advertising platform according to their policies.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel ongoing monthly services by providing written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.
Any work completed before cancellation remains chargeable and non-refundable.
Project Termination
Adrox Media reserves the right to terminate services if:
- A client violates our Terms and Conditions.
- Fraudulent activity is detected.
- Required cooperation or information is not provided.
- Payments remain outstanding beyond agreed deadlines.
In such cases, previously paid fees may not be refundable.
Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
- Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days.
Limitation of Results
While Adrox Media uses industry best practices to achieve positive outcomes, we do not guarantee specific advertising results, rankings, leads, sales, or revenue figures.
Marketing performance depends on various factors, including market conditions, competition, audience behavior, website quality, and advertising budgets.
